Run-out at the bowler's end before the ball is delivered
BObstructing the field while batting
CA caught-and-bowled dismissal
DHit wicket off a no-ball

Answer Explanation

A "Mankad" (now officially called "Run out — non-striker's end before delivery") occurs when the bowler runs out the non-striking batsman who backs up too far before the ball is bowled. Named after Vinoo Mankad who did this to Bill Brown in 1947.
