Yes — CricketDream is completely free. Fantasy XI, Season Fantasy, Dynasty, Predictor, Draft, Cricket Quiz, and private leagues are all free with no entry fee, deposit, or premium tier. No real money is involved.

How are fantasy points calculated?

Accepted Answer

Points are awarded for batting (1 per run, +2 per four, +4 per six, +15 half-century, +30 century), bowling (+25 per wicket, +10 maiden, +15 for 3-wicket haul, +25 for 5-wicket haul), fielding (+10 per catch/stumping/run-out, +10 bonus for 3+ fielding credits), and bonuses (+25 Man of Match in IPL, +4 Playing XI). Draft Mode is a snake-draft format where each player can only be picked once across all teams in your draft room. You take turns selecting players from the full squad, making team-building strategic and competitive.

Create a private league for any match and share the unique 6-character invite code with friends. Everyone builds their own Fantasy XI and competes within your league leaderboard for that match.

What is Dynasty in fantasy cricket?

Accepted Answer

Dynasty is CricketDream's free, skill-based multi-match championship league you play with friends for entertainment. The creator picks a set of upcoming matches and shares an invite code. Every member's Team 1 automatically enters each match — no joining per game. Points accumulate across all games and the highest total tops the leaderboard. If you forget to build a team, Dynasty auto-creates one 3 hours before kick-off.

Does Dynasty use a different team from my normal Fantasy XI?

No — Dynasty uses your regular Team 1 for each match. The same team you build for the match leaderboard automatically counts in all Dynasty leagues you're part of. One team, multiple competitions.

What is Predictor?

Accepted Answer

Predictor is CricketDream's match prediction game. Before each match locks, you answer 5 questions: who will win, who will be Man of the Match, who will score the most runs, who will take the most wickets, and what the first innings run range will be. Match Winner: +100 correct / −100 wrong or missed. All other questions: +100 correct, no penalty for wrong or missed.

How is Predictor different from regular Fantasy XI?

In Fantasy XI you pick players and earn points based on their actual match stats. In Predictor, you make pre-match predictions and earn fixed points — +100 correct, −100 for a wrong or missed Match Winner (no penalty on other questions). Predictor rewards cricket knowledge and match intuition rather than squad-building.

When do teams and predictions lock?

Accepted Answer

Fantasy XI teams lock at the scheduled match start time. Predictor predictions lock 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Once locked, no changes can be made for that match.

How do I invite friends to a league or Predictor game?

Accepted Answer

Every league and Predictor game has a unique 6-character invite code. Share it via WhatsApp or copy the link from the game page. Friends enter the code at cricketdream.in/predictor or cricketdream.in/leagues to join.
