India play five ODIs in New Zealand straight after the T20Is, from 4 to 15 November, and every match starts at 7:30 AM IST. Both teams have named split squads, because a two-Test series starts in Wellington on 19 November and the Test players need time to prepare. That matters for fantasy: the side that plays in Auckland on 4 November will look quite different from the one in Mount Maunganui ten days later.

Fantasy Notes
- For ODIs 1 to 3, New Zealand have their Test core: Conway, Latham, Mitchell, Phillips, Ravindra and Henry. Picks from that group stop after Hamilton.
- Rohit and Kohli are in both India squads, so they are the steadiest batting picks across the series.
- In ODIs 4 and 5 New Zealand bring in Allen, Seifert, Hay and Ferguson. Allen and Ferguson have not played an ODI since the 2023 World Cup and Seifert’s last was 18 months ago, so check the final XI at the toss.
- Two games at the same ground, Bay Oval, close the series. The 4th ODI is the best guide to the 5th.
