Cricket Grid Tips — How to Solve the Daily 3×3 IPL Grid

Strategy for Cricket Grid: which square to fill first, how to avoid repeating players, and when to save niche intersections for last. Free daily immaculate-grid puzzle on CricketDream.

Cricket Grid gives you nine intersections — three IPL franchises crossed with three categories — and asks for a different real cricketer in each square. One wrong guess locks that cell. Here is a practical approach that works on every daily board.

1. Fill broad squares first

Start where a big franchise meets a wide category — "India", "All-rounder" or "ODI cap". You get a valid answer quickly and see which star names are still free for harder cells.

2. Never repeat a player

Plan all nine before you submit. Using a popular all-rounder on an easy square may block you from the only valid answer on a niche square later.

3. Save the weird intersection for last

Rare decade tags or small countries may only have one qualifying name. Complete the rest of the row first — each pick shrinks the pool.

Try today's Cricket Grid — nine squares, one daily challenge.
