UP Warriorz won two of eight in 2026 and finished bottom with a net run rate of -1.076. They have rebuilt harder than anyone, releasing nine players and keeping 11, then trading Tara Norris to Mumbai. Ten remain.
That leaves the biggest purse at the auction, ₹3.75 crore, and the most spots, eight. Five are for Indian players and three for overseas players.
All five purses, the full auction pool and every retained squad, in one place.

Deepti Sharma is the second most expensive Indian retention at ₹3.2 crore, behind only Smriti Mandhana. Shikha Pandey (₹2.4 crore), Meg Lanning (₹1.9 crore), Phoebe Litchfield (₹1.2 crore) and Sophie Ecclestone (₹85 lakh) stay too, with Harleen Deol, Kranti Gaud and Pratika Rawal at ₹50 lakh each.
Who They Can Chase
Nearly ₹47 lakh a slot puts UP Warriorz in the strongest position for the top of the list. Sophia Dunkley and Sophie Molineux are the only two players at ₹50 lakh, and Heather Graham and Jess Jonassen start at ₹40 lakh. With three overseas spots, UP Warriorz could bid on more than one of them.
Buy-Back Options
Seven of the nine players they released are in the list: Kiran Navgire (₹40 lakh), Chloe Tryon and Asha Sobhana (₹30 lakh), and Shweta Sehrawat, Charli Knott, G Trisha and Suman Meena (₹10 lakh). Amy Jones and Deandra Dottin are not.
Asha Sobhana cost ₹1.10 crore last season and starts at ₹30 lakh this time. Shweta Sehrawat dropped from ₹50 lakh to a ₹10 lakh base.
