Melbourne Stars are the only BBL club that has never won the title. They have been runners-up three times (2015-16, 2018-19 and 2019-20), and the 2026/27 squad is built with one aim: finally getting over the line.
It is also one of the most star-studded batting groups in the league, with Glenn Maxwell, Marcus Stoinis and Finn Allen all in the same squad.
